Hot Stuff is a coffee roasting, consulting, and education company specializing in Nordic-style light roasts, business management, brand direction, coffee education, ergonomics, café build-outs, equipment selection, and training. Founded in Montréal, Quebec, Hot Stuff is taking on limited clients until 2025 as we undergo a large-scale management consulting project in New York City.

Hot Stuff is the solo operation of Nish Arthur, a specialty coffee professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Since their early beginnings at Transcend Coffee Roasters in Edmonton, Alberta, they have been consulting, educating, training, and managing cafe operations from Alberta to Montréal to New York City. They are a co-owner of Montréal's only Nordic-style cafe, Odessa, and, more recently, have undertaken their own roasting project launching in mid-summer 2024.
